Though Charan followed diet plans earlier, now, with Vinaya Vidheya Rama, his forthcoming film under Boyapati’s direction needs a different look and for which Charan followed a fresh diet under Rakesh Udiyara’s directions.

Rakesh Udiyara is Mumbai-based Celebrity Trainer & Fitness Expert. He trained famous actors like Aamir Khan, Salman Khan and others earlier.  Ram Charan’s life partner Upasasna had shared the diet plan in-detail followed by Charan for the general public who are interested to know about. She named it the #VVRDietPlan (Vinaya Vidheya Rama Diet Plan), which remembers us the recent popular #VRKDietPlan (Veeramachineni Diet Plan, which is a popular keto-diet plan in the states of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh).
